Jobbeschreibung:

This position in the checkout area is part-time and limited until June 30, 2026. The weekly working hours amount to an average of 8 hours and are distributed over 1-2 days per week, mainly Friday and Saturday, during the timeframe of 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, in early, middle, and late shifts. This working hours model exceeds the mini-job limit.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Provide customer service, with specific areas discussed with your supervisor
Welcome and inform customers in the entrance area
Supervise children aged 3-10 in Småland
Register all goods at the checkout and assist customers at self-service checkouts
Handle returns and address solutions in accordance with internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service is ideal, but career changers are welcome
Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Passion for IKEA and its products
Accurate and diligent working style
