Jobbeschreibung:

Part-time position in the Returns department until May 31, 2026, working approximately 14 hours per week distributed over 2-3 days from Monday to Saturday between 9:45 AM and 9:15 PM in early and late shifts.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support customer service operations
Welcome customers at entrance area
Supervise children in Småland area
Assist with cash register operations
Handle returns and backoffice tasks
Find quick solutions based on internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service
Friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills
Passion for IKEA and its products
Careful and precise work ethic
