Part-time customer service position at IKEA Duisburg, working 27 hours per week across 5 days with rotating early, mid, and late shifts including Saturdays. Temporary contract for 6 months with potential for career development.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer service support
Greeting customers at entrance
Supervising children in Småland play area
Operating cash registers
Assisting at self-checkout stations
Handling returns and exchanges
Backoffice tasks

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills
Passion for IKEA and its products
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
