Jobbeschreibung:

The position focuses on cash handling & entrance area information. Part-time employment as a minor job with an average of 8 hours per week distributed across two days (primarily Fridays and Saturdays) in early, middle, and late shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting customer service
greeting and informing customers in entrance area
supervising children (ages 3-10) in Småland
ensuring all goods are registered at checkout system and supporting customers at self-service checkouts
handling exchanges and back-office tasks based on internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service, ideally
friendly nature and strong sense for interacting with people
passion for IKEA and its products
precise and accurate working style
