Part-time customer service position at IKEA Duisburg working 9 hours per week across 2 days, primarily including Saturdays. Temporary contract for 6 months with focus on various customer service areas including entrance greeting, children's play area supervision, checkout assistance, and returns processing.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support customer service operations
Welcome customers at entrance area
Supervise children in Småland play area
Assist customers at self-checkout registers
Handle returns and exchanges
Find quick solutions based on internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Friendly demeanor and good people skills
