Jobbeschreibung:

This is a part-time position in customer service with 32 hours per week, distributed across 4-5 days from Monday to Saturday. Focus areas include welcoming customers, childcare, operating cash registers, and handling exchanges and back-office solutions.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support customer service, with focus areas discussed with team leader
Welcome customers in entrance and ensure they feel informed
Provide childcare in Småland for children aged 3-10
Operate cash registers and self-service kiosks for customers
Handle exchanges and back-office solutions following internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service ideally
Friendly demeanor and secure sense for interacting with people
Passion for IKEA and its products
Careful and precise work ethic
