Jobbeschreibung:

Part-time role focusing on Saturdays with 6 working hours per week, welcoming and assisting customers, supervising children, managing self-checkouts, and handling exchanges.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support in customer service
welcome and inform customers at the entrance
supervise children aged 3 to 10 in Småland
register items at the cash system and assist self-service checkout
find quick and straightforward solutions for exchanges and internal back office matters

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service (ideally)
friendly demeanor and sensitivity in dealing with people
passion for IKEA and its products
meticulous and exact working style
