Part-time customer service position at IKEA Duisburg working 9 hours per week across 2 days, with focus on Saturdays. Temporary contract for 6 months with various customer service responsibilities.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support customer service operations
Greet customers at entrance area
Supervise children in Småland play area
Assist at cash registers and self-checkout
Handle returns and exchanges
Work in backoffice finding solutions based on internal guidelines

Anforderungen:

Experience in retail or customer service preferred
