• Advise and assist customers on trains
• Provide schedule and tariff information
• Give information about connecting services and irregularities
• Control and sell tickets
• Responsible for order and safety on trains
• Improve customer satisfaction with high service quality
• Collaborate with colleagues (train drivers, service staff, security personnel)

• Successfully completed vocational training (e.g., hotel management, flight attendant, salesperson, retail merchant)
• Experience in service sector
• Familiarity with mobile devices
• Conflict resolution and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Willingness to wear company clothing
• Willingness to work irregular shift schedules
• Valid class B driver's license is advantageous
