Jobbeschreibung:

The DB Sicherheit GmbH is looking for a Kundenbetreuer:in in der S-Bahn (w/m/d) for the DB Sicherheit GmbH at the Berlin location. The position is limited until 31.12.2026.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

informing passengers in the S-Bahn and at the platform
providing information
conducting ticket inspection service while ensuring self-protection
passenger guidance and care during local construction work, replacement services, and other deviations from regular operations
actively addressing passengers when information needs are recognized
providing first aid and calling for help
assisting passengers with mobility impairments
ensuring high service quality in the S-Bahn trains (including visual inspection for cleanliness and functionality)

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice or comparable training in a service profession
several years of professional experience in the service sector
willingness to complete approximately two months of training as a Fachkraft für Verkehrsservice in the VBB with certificate
service-oriented demeanor
high resilience
communication and conflict resolution skills
pronounced customer orientation
enjoyment of working with people
flawless knowledge of German language in word and writing
basic knowledge of English language with willingness to expand
affinity for dealing with digital technology
shift work readiness and suitability (early, mid, and late shifts, including weekends)
