• Actively advising and assisting our customers at and on the train
• Providing timetable and tariff information and giving information about connecting services and irregularities
• Responsibility for the control and sale of tickets
• Responsibility for order and safety on the train
• Increasing customer satisfaction with high service quality
• Collaboration with colleagues, such as train drivers, service staff or security staff, is part of your everyday life

• Ideally, you have a successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as a hotel clerk, flight attendant, salesperson, retail merchant, or relevant experience in the service sector
• Familiarity with mobile devices
• Conflict and communication skills acquired in your professional life
• Customer and service awareness are a given for you
• You have a well-groomed and friendly appearance as well as the willingness to wear company clothing
• Irregular shift work is not a problem for you
• A valid class B driver's license is an advantage
