• review and clarification of liability according to insurance conditions in the area of pet insurance (illness, accident, prevention)
• checking and settling veterinary invoices and, if necessary, objecting to invoices
• answering questions asked by phone and email from policyholders, service providers and authorities
• advising potential new customers (inbound & outbound)
• creating tailored offers for both new and existing customers
• checking and solution-oriented processing of applications for cost approval and complaints
• creating correspondence, processing policyholder and contract data and ensuring other administrative tasks

• successfully completed basic training in the medical field (e.g., MPA) or commercial training with basic medical knowledge
• ideally several years of professional experience in claims processing and/or customer consulting, preferably in a veterinary environment
• completed VBV training (all sectors) or willingness to complete it
• efficient, committed and service-oriented way of working
• communication skills on the phone and by email
• friendly, professional appearance
• fluent in German and French or Italian or English
