For this interesting and varied activity, we are looking for you as a kitchen manager in Mannheim (m/f/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

lead the casino of Deutsche Bahn AG at the Mannheim location
plan, organize and carry out gastronomic services of all kinds
personnel planning and professional leadership of employees
implementation of operational standards and concepts
create offers, conduct customer and sales talks
implement the marketing principles of Deutsche Bahn AG
responsible for food production
prepare, organize and carry out catering events
act as a contact person for guests, customers and suppliers
ensure the highest possible guest satisfaction

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training as a chef
several years of professional experience in a similar role
knowledge in event and event management as well as in the commercial sector
application-safe PC skills
experience with electronic devices (e.g., tablets)
pronounced economic thinking and action as well as quality thinking
good communication skills
knowledge in personnel deployment planning
pronounced organizational talent
