Preparation and provision of warm and intermediate meals for the casino, conference service, and special events
ensuring predefined product range and proper presentation of items
creating menu plans, recipes, and calculations
monitoring inventory and expiration dates
placing orders and conducting inventories
cleaning the workspace, kitchen, and serving area
ensuring adherence to hygiene guidelines

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training as a cook
several years of work experience
service-oriented working method
ability to work in a team
physical resilience
good communication skills
strong organizational talent
proficiency in MS Office, calculation programs, cash register systems, and online ordering programs
familiarity with tablets
passion for the profession
flexibility
