• Ensuring and monitoring the scheduled departure of trains
• Developing solutions for smooth rail operations in close coordination with colleagues
• Co-responsibility for safety on the platform
• Providing passengers with important information and assisting with boarding and alighting
• Reporting and coordinating disruptions and irregularities responsibly
• Participating in emergency management measures at the station

• Successfully completed vocational training (e.g., as Restaurantfachmann, Hotelfachmann, Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit, Servicefachkraft für Dialogmarketing)
• Ideally first experience in customer contact, customer service, or security
• Pronounced service, team, and customer orientation
• Independent way of working
• Confident in spoken German with language level C1
• Willingness to work shift work (early and late shifts, weekend and holiday work)
• Willingness to provide proof of medical and psychological suitability (examination as part of the selection process)
