Jobbeschreibung:

3.5-year apprenticeship as a Konstruktionsmechaniker:in (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Erfurt location. The vocational school is located in Dessau-Roßlau near the Anhalt-Arena. The training workshop is located at the DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung facility at Dessau-Süd station.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Fundamentals of metal processing (e.g., turning, drilling, milling, grinding)
familiarization with material properties and selection
manufacturing of components and workpieces according to technical documents
learning how to commission and maintain facilities (e.g., bridges)
work safety and environmental protection

Anforderungen:

School completed with recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
manual dexterity and spatial imagination
good knowledge of mathematics
enjoyment in dealing with numbers
engaged, careful, and reliable work ethic
