The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is looking for construction mechanics/welders to join their team. The role involves conventional locksmith work, assembly, planning, processing, and manufacturing of components and structures, as well as maintenance of steel structures. Verantwortlichkeiten:

conventional locksmith work including mechanical work in the workshop
assembly as well as planning, processing and manufacturing of components and structures
work in the areas of flame cutting, TIG welding, MAG welding and manual arc welding
participation in the maintenance of steel structures

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as a construction mechanic, locksmith, industrial locksmith, structural steel locksmith, metalworker or comparable qualification
experience in operating conventional metalworking machines (CNC skills desirable) and the common tools in steel and metal construction
ideally knowledge in reading and implementing technical drawings and welding plans
enjoy working in a team, willing to pitch in and open to new things
