Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as a cook for DB Gastronomie at the Hamburg-Hammerbrook location. The vocational school is also located in Hamburg.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Familiarization with purchasing, storage and quality control of food
Learning various cutting and cooking techniques
Processing high-quality food and preparing various, constantly changing dishes
Creating own recipes and planning their implementation
Gaining insight into the daily business of an à la carte restaurant

Anforderungen:

School completed with Mittlerer Schulabschluss (MSA) or equivalent foreign degree recognized in Germany
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Enjoy cooking and interest in food
Organizational talent even in tricky situations
Teamwork skills
Careful and responsible work approach
