Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a chef with restaurant management substitution (m/f/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at the locations Berlin, Cottbus, Magdeburg, Potsdam, Seddin, or Wittenberge. The role involves preparing meals, managing stock, and ensuring hygiene standards.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Timely and quality preparation and provision of warm and intermediate meals
Ensuring the specified product range and proper presentation of goods
Acting as a vacation and sick leave replacement for chefs, kitchen managers, and restaurant managers
Developing recipes and calculations according to current guidelines
Monitoring stock levels and expiration dates
Conducting stock orders and inventories
Cleaning the workspace, kitchen, and service area in compliance with hygiene guidelines

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training as a chef
Several years of professional experience
Service-oriented work approach
Teamwork and physical resilience
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Good PC skills (MS Office and handling of calculation programs, cash register systems, and online ordering programs)
Familiarity with tablet usage
