Jobbeschreibung:

Kinderbetreuung position at TUI BLUE Sylt in Germany, working in the Kids Club with children aged 3-12 and teens, creating magical moments and ensuring quality childcare standards.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Design and lead varied, age-appropriate programs for children aged 3-12 and teens
Work closely with the entire hotel team
Participate regularly in events or evening activities
Ensure high quality and safety standards in childcare
Focus on guests, answer questions from parents and guardians, solve problems and accommodate individual wishes when possible

Anforderungen:

Experience working with children
Confident and proactive communication with guests and hotel team
Recognized training or qualification in childcare (preferred)
Open, cheerful personality with talent for engaging children of all age groups through play and movement
Ability to conduct activities independently and take full responsibility for children in care
Willingness to learn, flexibility and resilience
Ability to remain calm and organized in lively moments
Time flexibility for evenings and weekends
Enthusiasm for activities like kids' discos and evening programs
Fluent in German & English

Wünschenswert:

Additional languages beyond German and English
Experience working in international teams
