Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sell our solutions for highly secure email and file encryption in the government environment and the enterprise market
  • Combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • New customer acquisition & existing customer care: Build long-term customer relationships independently and identify new business opportunities with existing customers
  • B2B sales: Sell tailored IT security solutions to companies and public institutions
  • Customer care: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., development, product management, marketing) for optimal customer care
  • Holistic sales responsibility: Win deals and accompany the entire sales process - from first contact to successful conclusion
  • Point of contact: Represent cryptovision in on-site appointments, phone calls, conferences, and trade fairs

Anforderungen:

  • Several years of experience in sales with corresponding references
  • Advantageous: (commercial) training or degree, e.g., in STEM or business fields
  • Preferably bring technical understanding - ideally in IT security, digital identity solutions, digital signatures, secure email infrastructure, public key infrastructure, or electronic service credentials - or interest in acquiring it
  • Communication skills & negotiation confidence: Present complex content confidently in German and English
  • Confident interaction with decision-makers, organizational talent, and necessary persuasiveness
  • Confident appearance and ability to convince experienced customers with new ideas
  • Motivation & willingness to learn: Interest in our products, markets, and customers and maximum willingness to learn and delve into our topics
  • Resilience: Preference for challenges and the will to come back after setbacks
  • Programs & databases: Experience in handling CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and confident use of MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Mobility: Corresponding (international) willingness to travel to best support your customers (approx. 30 percent of the time)
