The DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) to support the commercial project management for construction projects in the southern region. The role involves supervising the project portfolio, evaluating findings, and supporting site managers in commercial forecasts.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

supervise the project portfolio of a location from a commercial perspective
evaluate current findings
support site managers in assessing commercial forecasts
responsible for commercial project management for construction projects
accompany infrastructure project managers
contribute commercial expertise to projects
support in commercial planning and project management
gather current information on project statuses & costs
ensure commercial target achievement through continuous monitoring
create variance analyses and reports
initiate countermeasures in a timely manner

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, economics, or business administration
first professional experience in commercial project management
sound knowledge of commercial management or controlling
basic technical understanding, ideally in the context of superstructure projects
interest in analytical questions
high level of personal responsibility and initiative
team player
high level of communication skills and diplomatic skill
proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
first experience with SAP
