Kaufmännische:r Sachbearbeiter:in Arbeitsvorbereitung und Auftragsabrechnung (w/m/d) for DB Zeitarbeit GmbH at the Karlsruhe location, starting as soon as possible for temporary full-time employment

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Invoice processing, invoice tracking and supplementary billing
Work preparation for order billing
Participation in project tenders for railway environmental projects
Independent execution of procurement (goods, deliveries and services)
Processing service requests and customer inquiries
Obtaining approvals and providing additional order and project-specific information for the implementation of railway environmental projects or species protection projects

Anforderungen:

Successful completed vocational training
Ideally first professional experience in invoice processing
Proficiency with Office365
High IT affinity
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented approach
Confident demeanor
Independent working style
Analytical and logical thinking
