• Work your way into tendering and award procedures
• Carefully create, bundle, and prepare tender documents on time
• Coordinate and accompany award procedures in close coordination with all project participants
• Check and evaluate incoming offers according to economic and formal criteria
• Prepare award decisions and their complete and traceable documentation
• Actively participate in contract design and review, contributing your commercial perspective
• Support clients, change order management, and measures in cost, schedule, and risk management as a contact person
• Create, maintain, and follow up on order forecast lists, present and coordinate them with controlling
• In perspective, independently manage tenders and award procedures

• Successfully completed university degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, business administration (BWL) or a comparable field
• First practical experience, e.g., through internships or working student activities in the construction, project, or procurement environment is an advantage but not a requirement
• Basic interest in procurement processes, contract law, and commercial contexts
• Analytical thinking and a structured and careful way of working when dealing with numbers, offers, and documentation
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Initiative and motivation to take responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics
