Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Kaufmännische:r Auftragsplaner:in Oberbau (w/m/d) for the DB InfraGO AG at the Karlsruhe location. The position involves reliable and rule-compliant order planning, control and processing of maintenance measures for the superstructure area, among other responsibilities.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

reliable and rule-compliant order planning, control and processing of maintenance measures for the superstructure area
execution of orders from planning, calculation, monitoring, deadline coordination, feedback to completion
calculation of individual work steps
creation of order requirements for approved repair measures
timely call-off of material, machines and other resources
plan-actual comparisons at individual order level (costs and quantities) for measures and analyses of possible deviations
creation of performance agreements
regular communication with clients and service providers
coordination of technical-operational planning with the detailed planning office and the operation regarding personnel capacity and scheduling

Anforderungen:

successfully completed commercial-technical vocational training
sound knowledge and professional experience in order planning of maintenance measures
basic understanding of railway operations and experience with construction measures on transport infrastructure
application of Office 365
familiarity with SAP R/3
independent, structured and reliable way of working
pronounced quality orientation
high level of commitment and willingness to perform
team skills
