3-year training program to become a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Freiburg im Breisgau. The vocational school is located in Karlsruhe.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
learning about travel offers, service and safety services
advising customers at DB Information and in mobile service at train stations
handling modern communication and sales systems

Anforderungen:

School successfully completed with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least at B2 level
interest in foreign languages
ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
