3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice at DB Fernverkehr AG in Frankfurt am Main. Vocational school instruction takes place in block form at Julius-Leber-Schule. The role involves customer service in long-distance trains, ticket control, and gastronomic processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
Marketing and project management
Learning about travel offers, service and safety services
Supporting and advising customers in long-distance trains
Handling modern communication and sales systems

Anforderungen:

School successfully completed with recognized German school diploma
German language skills at least B2 level
Foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
Willingness to work shifts and overnight stays in other cities
