Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer service and advice at DB Information and mobile service in train stations
learning basics of customer consultation, care, marketing, and project management
learning about travel offers, service and safety services
handling modern communication and sales systems

Anforderungen:

School successfully completed with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language skills at least at B2 level
proficiency in foreign languages
ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
