3-year vocational training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Munich. The vocational school is also located in Munich.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer care and advice at DB information and in the mobile service of the train stations
Knowledge of travel offers as well as service and safety services
Handling of modern communication and sales systems
Acquisition of important basics of customer advice and care, marketing and project management

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving certificate
Good foreign language skills
Customer and service orientation
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and mobility
