Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice starting September 1, 2026. Training includes customer service basics, travel offerings, and service operations in DB travel centers. Vocational school located in Berlin.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation for travel planning and ticket sales
Service support in DB travel centers
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Learning basics of customer care and service offerings
Being part of the team and representing host attitude

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Enjoyment of contact with people from different cultures
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented team player
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
