Customer service and consultation at DB information and mobile service at train stations
learning basics of customer consultation and care, marketing, and project management

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
good with foreign languages
ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
