Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice starting September 1, 2026 at DB InfraGO AG in Gießen. Vocational school instruction in block form at Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt (Main) with additional seminars at DB Training.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
Marketing
Project management
Learning about travel offers, service and security services
Supporting and advising customers at DB Information and mobile station service
Handling modern communication and sales systems

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsibility, reliability, flexibility and mobility
