3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Hamburg, including vocational school in block teaching.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer support and consultation at DB information and mobile service at train stations
Knowledge of travel offers and service and safety services
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Learning basics of customer consultation and care, marketing, and project management

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving qualification
Good foreign language skills
Customer and service orientation
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and mobility
