A 3-year apprenticeship program starting September 1, 2026, for the Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice role at DB InfraGO AG in Osnabrück. Includes training in customer consultation, marketing, travel offerings, and service, with opportunities to work in DB Information and mobile services at train stations. Accommodation provided during school periods in Burgdorf.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Acquire essential skills in customer service and consultation, marketing, and project management
learn everything about travel offerings, service, and safety features
assist and advise customers at DB Information and in mobile services at train stations
daily handling of modern communication and sales systems.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed or soon-to-be completed school education recognized in Germany
German language skills at least B2 level
proficiency in foreign languages
ability to stay calm and maintain oversight in challenging situations
responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile.
