Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice at DB InfraGO AG at Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof. Vocational school instruction takes place in blocks at Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt (Main). Additional seminars at DB Training during the apprenticeship.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
Marketing and project management
Learning about travel offers, service and security services
Customer care at DB information and mobile service in stations
Handling modern communication and sales systems

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German diploma
German language skills at least B2 level
Foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
