Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice at DB Fernverkehr AG. Vocational school instruction takes place in block form at Julius-Leber-Schule in Frankfurt am Main. The role involves customer service, ticket control, and working with modern communication systems in long-distance trains.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
Marketing and project management
Learning about travel offers, service and safety services
Customer support and advice in long-distance trains
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Ticket control and gastronomic processes

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German school diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
Willingness to work shifts and overnight stays in other cities
