3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (traffic service merchant) starting September 1, 2026 at DB InfraGO AG in Bielefeld. Vocational school located in Bochum-Wattenscheid. The role involves customer service in train stations and learning about DB's travel offerings and services.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer service and consultation at DB information desks and mobile service in train stations
Learning about travel offers, service and safety services
Customer advisory and care
Participating in seminars and projects to develop social and methodological skills

Anforderungen:

School education successfully completed with German-recognized diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible and mobile
