3-year apprenticeship program to become a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (traffic service merchant) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Nuremberg. The role involves customer service, travel consultation, and ticket sales in DB travel centers.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation for travel planning
Ticket sales
Handling service requests in DB travel centers
Using modern communication and sales systems
Learning about railway operations and station collaboration

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Enjoyment of contact with people from different cultures
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented
Teamwork skills
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
