Jobbeschreibung:

Three-year apprenticeship as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Karlsruhe, starting on September 1, 2026. The vocational school is also located in Karlsruhe.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learning the basics of customer service
Advising customers on travel planning, ticket purchases, and service requests
Using modern communication and sales systems
Gaining insight into the railway operations and collaboration between various actors at the station

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsibility, reliability, solution-oriented, and teamwork
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
