Three-year vocational training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Mannheim. The vocational school is located in Karlsruhe.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advise customers on travel planning, ticket purchases, and service requests in DB travel centers
Basics of customer care and knowledge about travel offers and services
Be an integral part of the team from the beginning and embody our host attitude with all your heart
Handle modern communication and sales systems as part of your daily work
Gain insights behind the scenes of railway operations and the collaboration between various actors at the station

Anforderungen:

School successfully completed with a recognized German school diploma
Customer and service orientation
Enjoy interacting with people from different cultures
Good foreign language skills
Remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
