Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) for DB Vertrieb GmbH at the location Kiel. The vocational school BS 09 in Hamburg is attended in block lessons.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Working in the DB Reisezentrum at the train station in Kiel
Becoming an expert in travel offers and service services
Learning the basics of customer advice and care
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Gaining insight into the railway operation and cooperation between different actors at the station

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school leaving certificate
Customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures
Good foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented, and team-oriented
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
