Jobbeschreibung:

3-year apprenticeship as Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Hannover. The training includes block lessons at the vocational school in Burgdorf (near Hannover).

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer care and advice in long-distance trains (ICE/IC)
Knowledge of travel offers as well as service and safety services
Learning the basics of customer advice and care, marketing and project management
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Ticket inspection and gastronomic processes in the practical part of the training

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving certificate
Good foreign language skills
Customer and service orientation
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
Willingness to work shifts and overnight stays in other cities
