Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year training program to become a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (m/f/d) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Basel. The vocational school is located in Karlsruhe.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer consultation and support
Learning about travel offers, service and safety services
Supporting and advising customers in long-distance trains
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Ticket inspection and gastronomic processes

Anforderungen:

School diploma recognized in Germany
German language skills at least B2 level
Interest in foreign languages
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
Willingness to work shifts and overnight stays in other cities

Completed vocational training
Interest in working as a train attendant
