3-year apprenticeship as Office Management Clerk with focus on HR management and assistance for DB Regio AG in Kiel. Vocational school also located in Kiel.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Specialization in HR topics and secretarial tasks
Insight into HR processes and collaboration with interest representation
Exposure to areas like controlling, purchasing, health management, and working time management
Coordination of appointments and events
Creation of presentations and project support
Communication with various stakeholders including employees, trainees, managers, and interest representation

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized German school diploma
German language skills at minimum B2 level
Organizational talent
Enjoy working with people
Good communication skills and friendly manner
