The role involves managing presentations, document research, administrative duties, communication, schedule management, and support for project-related steering tasks at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Create presentations and write minutes
responsible for information research and providing important documents to ensure the project's efficiency
independently manage administrative and organizational tasks within the project
oversee internal and external communication ensuring effective exchanges
manage the project team’s schedule and deadlines
support project-related tasks in document, plan, schedule, and cost management

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation
very good MS Office skills
strong result-oriented and target-oriented approach
fluent German skills in spoken and written communication
self-sufficient, structured, communicative, and efficient working style
willingness to travel and actively participate in projects in cities such as Hamburg, Hannover, and Cottbus
analytical skills and self-reliant structured work
