The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is looking for a Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation als Projektassistenz (w/m/d) to join their team in Berlin. The role involves supporting project management through administrative and organizational tasks, communication, and coordination.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Design presentations and write protocols
Conduct information research and provide important documents
Take on administrative and organizational tasks within the project
Handle internal and external correspondence and communication
Manage the project team's schedule and deadlines
Support project-related control tasks in document, plan, schedule, and cost management

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a Kaufmann or Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation
Very good MS Office skills
High degree of result- and goal-oriented action
Very secure German language skills in spoken and written form
Independent, structured, communicative, and efficient working style
Willingness to travel and actively participate in projects in cities like Hamburg, Hannover, and Cottbus
Analytical skills and structured, independent action
