Jobbeschreibung:

Kalkulator:in (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Dresden location, responsible for independent calculation of maintenance and new construction projects in solid and engineering structures within an engaged team.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Independent calculation of maintenance and new construction of solid and engineering structures
Early assessment of potential risks and opportunities in the calculation phase
Independent creation of offers and associated tender documents
Close cooperation with work preparation, construction management and project management
Coordination of overall tender preparation in coordination with internal and external partners
Integration of adjacent areas such as controlling and purchasing
Recognition and formulation of additional claim potential based on tender documents
Maintenance of calculation data in the RIB iTWO system
Control of services and quantities to be calculated for plausibility and completeness
Compilation of work packages for soliciting bids for subcontractor services and material deliveries
Technical evaluation of incoming offers

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, traffic engineering, or industrial engineering with focus on structural engineering
OR comparable qualification as certified technician or master craftsman (Bachelor Professional) with practical experience in structural engineering, solid construction, or maintenance
Confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with RIB iTWO, MS Project and Excel
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Reliable, structured and economically oriented way of working – even under time pressure
Initiative, independence and sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills
Flexibility
Willingness to undertake project-related business trips
Valid class B driver's license
