The job involves repair work on cable systems of signaling and safety technology, using modern service vehicles, tools, and devices. The work is carried out within an attractive travel time/work time model without on-call duty, with fair hardship allowances. The position offers opportunities for professional development through internal training programs and regular further education.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsible for repair work on cable systems of signaling and safety technology
Use of state-of-the-art service vehicles, tools, devices, and communication via smartphone and tablet
Carrying out repair work within the framework of an attractive travel time/work time model without on-call duty with fair hardship allowances
Working in a collegial team with a flat organizational structure
Participation in internal development program for signal mechanics and measurement technicians
Regular attendance at training courses and continuous learning

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics (e.g., as an electrician, electronics technician for operational, energy, and building technology, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable profession)
Reliable, independent, and team-oriented work style
Commitment and willingness to learn for your development
Willingness to work outdoors
Possession of a Class B driver's license

Wünschenswert:

Experience in cable measurement technology, troubleshooting, cable repair
Applications from trained switch or signal mechanics are also welcome
