Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for you as a Junior Controller Maintenance Planning (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Erfurt location. We offer you a demanding and varied job. Ideally, you already have the appropriate qualification, alternatively we will train you accordingly.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

control of maintenance measures within the assigned maintenance budget in coordination with the budget managers
short-term maintenance control (budget and quantities) taking into account the 3-i strategy also at order level
creation of analyses and evaluations (EL & FL evaluations, e.g. make or buy, quantity/price, weak point analysis, construction site failures, security costs) and derivation of measures and savings potential to reduce costs
creation of internal monitoring in cooperation with controlling and taking over the resulting control according to network-specific requirements
responsible for carrying out the fixed assets inventory

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study
comprehensive knowledge of maintenance control at DB InfraGO AG
comprehensive knowledge in the field of maintenance planning
very good knowledge of common SAP systems (especially SAP R/3 network & SAP R/3 K), controlling systems (e.g. AAP) and MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel)
communication skills, structured way of working and pronounced results orientation
pronounced economic thinking and acting
assertiveness, team and conflict skills, flexibility and initiative
