WOLF unterstützt Planer, Installateure und Endkunden beim gesamten Auslegungsprozess und der Abstimmung der Komponenten von Heizsystemen und Lüftungsgeräten in den Bereichen Heizung, Solar, Klima und Lüftung und sorgt so für ein optimales Raumklima – für Einfamilienhäuser und Mehrfamilienhäuser bis hin zu Bürogebäuden und Industrieanlagen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Qualitätssicherung am Shopfloor
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitätsstandards, Spezifikationen und Prüfpläne
  • Überwachung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität in der laufenden Produktion
  • Shopfloor-Management & Kennzahlen
  • Pflege und Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs) wie Erstdurchlaufrate oder Schrottkosten
  • Visualisierung und transparente Darstellung von Qualitätskennzahlen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an täglichen Shopfloor-Meetings
  • Identifikation von Qualitätsabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Abweichungs- und Problemlösungsmanagement
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen mithilfe strukturierter WCM-Methoden (z. B. QA-Matrix, QA-Network, X-Matrix, QM-Matrix, 8 Stages of Incoming Material)
  • Koordination, Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeitsprüfung umgesetzter Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Versorgung der Produktionslinien bei fehlerhaften Bauteilen
  • Standardisierung & Prozesssicherung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen, Qualitätsstandards, Prozessbeschreibungen, Qualitätskontrollplänen und QA-Matrizen
  • Teilnahme an Prozess-FMEA
  • Unterstützung bei der Stabilisierung und Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement oder in einem industriellen Umfeld sind wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise mit SAP
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und logische Fähigkeiten zur strukturierten Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte und zur nachhaltigen Problemlösung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
